| Abstract: | Professional ethics education is a core task of higher vocational education.Taking the course Food Inspection Technology as an example,this paper introduced how to carry out the cultivation of professional ethics in the whole process and at multiple levels in the core courses of food specialty,as well as the practical value of co-constuction of the knowledge objectives and moral education objectives in major courses. |
