摘    要:职业道德教育是高职教育的一项核心任务,以“食品检验技术”课程为例,介绍了如何在食品类专业核心课程中全过程、多层次地开展职业道德素养培育的方法,以及开展专业课程知识目标和德育目标同构的实践价值.

Abstract:Professional ethics education is a core task of higher vocational education.Taking the course Food Inspection Technology as an example,this paper introduced how to carry out the cultivation of professional ethics in the whole process and at multiple levels in the core courses of food specialty,as well as the practical value of co-constuction of the knowledge objectives and moral education objectives in major courses.
