摘    要:在农业生产过程中使用多种农药能够有效防治病虫害,然而现阶段农药毒性和所引起的抗药性现象非常严重,农药残留所引起的食品安全问题更是备受瞩目。现阶段食品中使用的农药种类越来越多,食品中多农药残留的检测难度也越来越大。对近年来食品中常见农药种类进行了归类,并对多农药残留检测技术研究进展进行了总结,同时对化学计量学在食品多农药残留分析中的研究现状进行了分析,旨在为食品多农药残留的分析方法和途径提供参考,并对其进行了前景展望。

Abstract:Many pesticides can be used in agricultural production to better control pests and diseases.However,the toxicity and resistance of pesticides are very serious,especially the food safety problems caused by pesticide residues have attracted much attention.More and more pesticides are used in food,and the difficulty of detection of pesticide residues in food is greatly increased.In this paper,the common pesticides in food in recent years were classified,and the research progress of detection technology was summarized.At the same time,the research status of Chemometrics in food multi-residue analysis was analyzed in order to provide references for the analysis methods of multi-pesticide residues.The paper also presented the prospects of development.
