食物和环境中氟乐灵农药残留检测方法研究进展

摘    要:氟乐灵农药是一种二硝基苯胺类芽前土壤处理除草剂,在食物和环境中残留严重,会对人体产生危害。主要总结了氟乐灵的残留限量,通过综述色谱法、免疫分析方法、电化学法、光度计法、生物检测法等5种氟乐灵检测方法进展情况,并对氟乐灵检测技术的发展进行展望,为氟乐灵残留检测技术的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Trifluralin pesticide is a dinitroaniline pre-bud soil treatment herbicide,which has serious residues in food and environment and will cause harm to human body.In this paper,the residue limit of triflulin was summarized,and the progress of five kinds of triflulin detection methods,including chromatography,immunoassay,electrochemistry,photometer and biological detection,was summarized,and prospected the development of triflralin detection technology,provided reference for further study of trifluralin residues detection technology.
