| Abstract: | Whole grain black foods are increasingly favored by consumers.Triticale is both a whole grain and a black food.This paper discussed the advantageous conditions and suggestions for the development of high quality special triticale industry in Yuncheng city.It had certain guiding function to the development of triticale industry. |
