褐菇多糖提取工艺的优化

摘    要:[目的]寻求褐菇多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以新鲜褐菇子实体为材料,采用热水浸提法,探讨提取时间、提取温度、料水比以及提取次数等因素对多糖提取率的影响。[结果]通过正交试验得到提取褐菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为料水比1∶30、时间2.5 h、提取2次、温度90℃。[结论]该研究为褐菇多糖的开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim of the research was to seek out the optimum technology conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Portabella.[Method] With the fruiting body of fresh Portabella as materials,the effects of the factors such as extraction time,extraction temperature,the material-water ratio and extraction times on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were studied by using hot-water extraction method.[Result] Through the orthogonal test,the optimum technology conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Portabella were obtained as follows: the material-water ratio of 1∶30,extracting for 2.5 h at 90 ℃ and extracting twice.[Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Portabella.
