摘    要:采用国标法和近红外光谱法(NIRS)对大麦籽粒水分、蛋白质、淀粉、赖氨酸进行分析,同时用IA-450型近红外分析仪对4个主要品质指标建立了定标方程。其相关系数Rc分别为0.9847、0.9947、0.9559、0.9742,标准误差为0.1649~9.0620,表明用近红外光谱法建立的大麦籽粒水分、蛋白质、淀粉、赖氨酸定标方程可直接用于大麦品质的快速测定和大批育种材料的筛选。

Abstract:The use of GB method and near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) analysis of Barley Moisture content,protein, starch and Lysine. At the same time, IA-450-type near infrared analyzer were used in the calibration equation according to four main quality indicators,the correlation coefficients Rc were 0. 984 7, 0. 994 7, 0. 955 9 and 0. 974 2, respectively. SEP was 0. 164 9-9. 062 0. The result indicated that the barley moisture, protein, starch, lysine calibration equation using NIRS can be used directly in the rapid determination of the quality of barley and the filter of large quantity of breeding material.
