摘    要:[目的]研究生物过滤器在低温下处理高浓度三氯乙烯废气的性能,寻求高效经济的废气处理技术。[方法]以鸡粪堆肥和改性聚乙烯(PE)混合物为填料建立生物过滤器,根据操作条件的设定使反应器分4个阶段运行,通过测定三氯乙烯浓度、填料性质和床层温度,考察反应器对废气的去除效率和影响因素。[结果]当空床停留时间(EBRT)为120 s,入口浓度为50~1 500 mg/m3时,去除率为70%~100%。低温下(9~16℃),反应器入口负荷为44 g/(m3.h)时,去除负荷为32 g/(m3.h)。[结论]反应器在低温条件下对三氯乙烯具有较高的去除率,并具有较好的耐负荷冲击能力。

Removal of Trichloroethylene Waste Gases in a Biofilter under Low Temperature

Abstract:[Objective] Performance of removal of trichloroethylene with high inlet concentrations in a biofilter was investigated under low temperature for seeking an efficient and economical treatment technology for waste gases.[Method] The mixtures of chicken manure compost and modified polyethylene(PE) were packed in a biofilter.Four operation phases under different conditions were carried out in the biofilter.The removal efficiency of trichloroethylene and influencing factors were evaluated by measuring concentrations of trichloroethylene waste gases,the characteristics of the packing materials and bed temperature.[Result] The removal efficiency of 70%-100% could be obtained with trichloroethylene inlet concentration of 50-1 500 mg/m3 at the empty bed retention time(EBRT) of 120 s.The elimination capacity of 32 g/(m3·h) had been achieved with the inlet load of 44 g/(m3·h) under the condition of low temperature of 9-16 ℃.[Conclusion] The biofilter had high removal efficiency for trichloroethylene and good ability of resisting load shock under low temperature.
