| 摘 要： | 在信息技术迅速发展的今天,互联网已日益渗透于社会生活的各个领域和层面,其中公民通过网络这一信息平台参与政治信息尤其是对政府关于公共危机的处理,就是其中的一个。政府在处理公共危机时应体现网络民意,通过网络这一信息平台,强化公民的参与意识,增强政府与网民的沟通,利用网络化解矛盾,将风险降低到最小程度。
