| 摘 要： | 采取流行病学调查、临床检查、犬瘟热病毒抗原检测试纸方法,对528例确诊为犬瘟热的犬病进行统计分析。结果:肺炎型犬瘟热占59.1%(312/528),肠炎型犬瘟热占37.5%(198/528),脓疱型犬瘟热占1.9%(10/528),神经型犬瘟热占1.5%(8/528)。针对不同临床表现类型,采取犬瘟热单克隆抗体,中西结合疗法、支持疗法和对症治疗,治愈率达96.5%以上。

| Abstract: | 528 canine distemper cases diagnosed by epidemiological investigation,clinical examination and detecting canine distemper virus were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the rates of pneumonic,enteritis,pustule and neurosis types were 59.1%,37.5%,1.9% and 1.5% respectively.The cute rate was up to 96.5% by applying canine distemper monoclonal antibody,treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine and support therapy in the light of different clinical types. |
