| 摘 要： | 以番茄优良一代杂交种毛粉８０８、毛粉８１８和强选一号为材料,提取ＤＮＡ进行ＲＡＰＤ分析,在３００个ＲＡＰＤ随机引物中筛选出了可鉴定３个品种一代杂种遗传纯度的特异性引物。其中Ｓ１０１９,Ｓ１３８８和Ｓ１４２２可用于这３个品种的纯度鉴定;Ｓ１０７２用于毛粉８０８和毛粉８１８的纯度鉴定;Ｓ１３８８用于区分３个品种的父本和子代。

| Abstract: | Extract DNA from three commerical tomato F1 hybrid cultivars, "Wool-Pink808", "Wool - Pink818","Qiangxuanl"and their parents,these DNAs were subjected to RAPD screening with 300 RAPD primers, and DNA from other cultivars "Wool-Pink802" and "West-Pink3" were also used to RAPD analysis. Four primers S1019.S1072.S1388 and S1422 were found to be useful for identifying these cultivars's purity. Three of them could be used to identify the three commerical tomato F1 hybrid cultivars,s purity while primer S1072 could be used to indentify the purity of "Wool-Pink808" and "Wool-Pink818". The primers S1388 could separate the male parents from the F1 hybrid of the three cultivars. Using RAPD marker will be the alternative method for phenotypic tests method to control tomato F1 hybrid's purity and to identify tomato cultivars. |
