| 摘 要： | 以肝素钠抗凝的皖系长毛兔全血为材料,以常规的酚氯仿抽提法为基础,采用改进的方法提取基因组DNA.结果表明,提取的基因组DNA纯度高,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测基因组DNA,主带清晰、无拖尾现象.

| Abstract: | The genome DNA of Wan line Angora rabbits were extracted from frozen whole blood, anticoagulated with heparin - sodium, by the improved phenol/chloroform method. The results showed that the purity of genome DNA was high. Detected by agar sugar gel electrophoresis, the major bands of genome DNA were clear without the phenomenon of long tail. |
