苦瓜果长的遗传效应分析

摘    要:应用数量遗传学原理,研究了苦瓜6个世代果长性状的遗传效应。结果表明:果长性状的基因效应符合加性—显性遗传模型,且以加性效应为主,加性效应占总遗传成分的98.6%,显性方差所占分量极小,属不完全显性;控制果长性状的最少基因对数为5对;开展苦瓜果长的品质育种宜采用杂交育种方法。

Abstract:Study on the genetic effects of fruit length of bitter gourd with six generations by using quantative genetics.The results showed that the genetic effects of fruit length can be explained by additive-dominance model and additive effects are major,up to 98.6%;the dominant variances are very smaller and dominant potentials are partially;the minimum number of genes which control fruit length is 5.Cross-breeding should be used in improving of fruit length of bitter gourd.
