摘    要:针对某项目开发的电动汽车样车在行车试验时存在前轮侧滑量偏大引起轮胎磨损较大的问题,基于灵敏度分析对麦弗逊式前独立悬架的布置方案进行优化,在ADAMS/Car模块中建立整车虚拟样机模型,进行了整车操纵稳定性仿真试验分析,并且将优化前后整车的操纵稳定性进行对比,优化后的整车操纵稳定性有所提高。

Abstract:To solve the problem that the electric vehicle's tire was worn badly,which is caused by the high levels of front wheel side slipe,the arrangement of Mcpherson front independent suspension was optimized based on sensitivity analysis.The virtual prototype model was established on the ADAMS/Car Module.Simulation analysis of vehicle handling stability was carried out,and the vehicle's handing stability before and after optimization was compared.The vehicle's handing stability was improved after optimization.
