基于创新视角的乡村旅游社区参与机制研究

介绍了社区参与理论和我国乡村旅游的发展概况，指出我国乡村旅游社区参与机制存在景区开发模式陈旧、社区居民参与不规范、损害游客利益和景区形象等问题。提出在适度的政府介入、有效的社区教育和良好的景区-社区关系的前提下，建立社区居民参与景区决策、开发建设、经营管理和监督、收益分配等过程的乡村旅游社区参与创新机制。

A study on community involvement in rural tourism: innovative perspectives

This paper presents the theory of community involvement and developmental conditions of rural tourism in China. Through analyzing the mechanism of community involvement in rural tourism in China, we have got several problems existed in this area such as prevalence of old development model for scenic spots, unenthusiastic involvement of community, absence of proper advertisements and visitors＇ interests, etc. It was put forward that under the premise of appropriate degree of government involvement, effective community education and a good relatedness between scenic spots and community, the innovative mechanism of community involvement in rural tourism could be developed and that would be possible only if the communities would be provided with the power of decision-making, development and construction, management and supervision and the share in profits.
