摘 要: | 在山西植物病原镰刀菌的分离培养及种类鉴定的过程中,对原来没有或后期失去大分生孢子而只有小分生孢子的80个菌株,用7种方法进行了大分生孢子的诱导研究。其中更换不同类型培养基如绿豆培养基、麦粒培养基、Bilai培养基等,及原寄主重接种等方法诱导大分生孢子效果较好,有40株被诱导出大分生孢子,运用传统的分类方法鉴定,其分属于13个种和3个变种,从而为镰刀菌研究提供了重要方法和技术。

Studies on Inducing Macro-conidium of Plant Pathogen Fusarium |

Abstract: | In isolating,culturing and identifying the strain of Fusarium from diseased plants collected from Shanxi province,we induced macro-conidia by seven ways to 80 strains which haven't or lose macro-conidia and only have micro-conidia.Of the ways,replacing different kinds of culture media is very effective,for example gram culture medium,kernel culture medium,Bilai culture medium etc.So is inoculating original host again.There were 40 strains of Fusarium induced macro-conidia.Then by applying traditional method to identify,they belong to 13 genus and three varieties.These offer important methods and techniques for Fusarium study. |
