不同C/N比香蕉杆堆肥化过程中微生物种群的动态变化

摘    要:以香蕉杆为堆肥原料,用鸡粪调节C/N比,在自制的强制通风静态堆肥装置中进行堆肥试验,研究不同C/N比香蕉杆堆肥处理中微生物种群数量的变化规律.结果表明:C/N比是影响堆肥化过程中的微生物种群数量变化的关键因素;各处理在堆肥化过程中的微生物种群总数呈低一高一低的变化趋势,其中细菌种群的数量变化与微生物种群总数的变化规律一致,真菌种群的数量变化表现为随堆肥时间的延长呈降低趋势,放线菌种群数量的变化呈波浪型.在整个堆肥化过程中,中温微生物数量始终高于高温微生物,细菌种群的数量总是最多,是香蕉杆堆肥化过程中的优势菌群.香蕉杆堆肥的最适C/N比为25.

Abstract:Banana pseudostems were used as raw materials of manure compost, added with chicken dung to modify the ratio of carbon to nitrogen (C/N) and then composted in a home-made static composting device with forced ventilation to observe the changes of microorganisms under different treatments. The results showed that the C/N ratio is a key factor affecting change of microbial populations in the composting process.
