| 摘 要： | 我国食（药）用菌栽培和利用历史悠久，历经几代人的研究和开发，已形成了较为完善的栽培技术与模式。林下营养价值较高或有药效作用的野生食（药）用菌的驯化栽培具有很大潜力，值得高度重视和探讨。该文总结和探讨了林下食（药）用茵栽培模式及其发展潜力，为推广食（药）用菌栽培技术提供参考。

| Abstract: | In China, fungi of edible and medicine cultivation and utilization has a long history, fungi of edible and medicine cultivation tech- niques with research and development of several generations, has formed a comparatively perfect cultivation technology and mode. At present, the domestication and cultivation of the wild edible （medicinal）fungi with high nutritional value or the pharmacological effects has great poten- tial, which is worthy of great attention and discussion. The improvement and development potential of fungi of edible and medicine under forest was summarized and discussed, which will provide reference for promoting cultivation technology of edible and medicinal fungi. |
