蜗卷弹簧在电机中的力学特性分析

摘    要:电动机中蜗卷弹簧作为驱动电刷与换向器表面贴合的原动力,其受力情况好坏直接关系到电机能否正确换向。文章主要对某小型有刷电机的蜗卷弹簧进行受力分析,通过理论强度校核计算及有限元模拟得出蜗卷弹簧在工作时的应力分布情况及最大应力位置。通过试验拟合出蜗卷弹簧旋转角度ф与末端受力F之间的关系曲线,便于实际生产中调节蜗卷弹簧的松紧程度,以适应电机的正常工作。

Abstract:Scroll spring as the driving force behind the drive brush and commutator surface in motor,which is good or bad by the force of circumstances directly related to the motor correctly commutation.In this paper,scroll spring force of a small brush motor is analyzed,the stress distribution in the work and the maximum stress location are obtained through theoretical strength check calculation and finite element simulation.Fitting the relationship curve between the scroll spring rotation angle ф and the end of the force F by test can easily adjust the scroll spring elastic actual production which adapt to the normal working of the motor.
