斑茅蔗后代主要生理生化性状的差异研究

摘    要:对10个斑茅BC1品系及其亲本在相关生理生化性状方面的差异作了研究,结果表明,以正常供水条件下的叶片束缚水含量/自由水含量作为鉴定甘蔗抗旱性能的指标,BC1品系的比值均小于母本YC96-40。母本YC96-40叶片酸性转化酶活性较高,到BC1代则其活性大大降低,这可认为是斑茅BC1品系糖分和锤度等改良速度较快的内在生化原因之一。另外,聚类分析结果表明,双亲在叶片束缚水含量/自由水含量和脯氨酸含量上的遗传距离均较大,而其后代在这2个性状上表现为前者大多数与母本YC96-40遗传距离较大,后者大多数与母本YC96-40遗传距离较小。

Abstract:Ten BC_1 lines of Erianthus arundinaceus and their parents were selected to study the difference of physiological and biochemical characters.The proportion of bound water to free water content in leaves,regarded as a reasonable physiological index to identify drought resistance of sugarcane under normal water suplying,was tested for all the trial materials.Results showed that the proportions of bound water to free water content in all the BC_(1) lines were less than their female parent YC96-40.BC_(1)generation showed lower values of acid invertase activity in leaves compared with the female parent YC96-40,one of the internal and biochemical reasons for the brix and sucrose content were improved rapidly during the backcross process.By cluster analysis,the genetic distance between two parents was large for both on the proportion of bound water to free water content and on proline content in leaves.The genetic distance among most BC_(1) lines and the female parent YC96-40 was larger;for the proportion of bound water to free water content and smaller.
