| 摘 要： | 综述了农药氟虫腈的合成方法.以2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺和2,3-二氰基丙酸乙酯为原料经五步反应合成该化合物.总收率为56.8%.所采用的工艺路线操作简单,易于工业化,且减少了废酸的处理和高毒性试剂的使用.

| Abstract: | The synthesis of insecticide fipronil is investigated.The insecticide is synthesized by 2,3-dicyanopropionate and 2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline in five steps.The total yield reaches 56.8%based on this method.The new method has the characteristics of easy operation,tindustrialization,and it is decreased the amaount of the waste acid and usage of hing toxicity recagents. |
