| 摘 要： | 分析了灵芝发酵产胞外多糖的动力学特点,用MATLAB可视化建模工具箱Simulink构建了灵芝分批发酵的仿真模型。采用10 L自动发酵罐的分批发酵数据,通过Simulink参数估计仿真对模型中的各参数求解。确立的仿真模型能较准确地动态反映不同接种量和不同基质初始浓度下灵芝分批发酵过程中基质、菌体和产物浓度变化。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum exopolysaccharides fermentation,the simulation model is designed through MATLAB Simulink toolbox.The experiment data in 10 L automatic fermenter are used to estimate the parameters of the simulation model.The validated model can correcdy predict the changes of concentrations of substrate,biomass and product in fermentation at different inoculation quantity and different initial substrate concentration. |
