摘    要:鹰嘴蜜桃是广东省连平县的特色水果,但是不耐贮藏。总结了鹰嘴蜜桃的深加工发展方向,既解决了鹰嘴蜜桃的贮藏问题,也为延长产业链、开发高附加值的食品提供科学依据和技术支持。

Abstract:Yingzui peach is the characteristic fruit of Lianping in Guangdong,and it is difficult to store.The development tendency of deep processing of Yingzui peach is summarized.It not only solves the problem of the storage of peach,but also provides scientific basis and technical support to prolong industry chain and develop high value-added food.
