高粱挤压膨化工艺条件的研究

摘    要:在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面分析法研究挤压工艺条件对高粱仁膨化特性的影响。结果表明,回归方程能较好地预测高粱膨化度随挤压工艺参数变化的规律,高粱挤压膨化的最佳工艺条件是:物料含水量25.5%,物料粒度60目,转速300 r/min,膨化温度164℃,膨化度3.22。

Abstract:Based on the single-factor test,are analyzed by the response surface the effects of extrusion processing technology conditions on the puffing characteristics of sorghum benevolence.The results show that the regression equation can predict the optimum conditions of the sorghum expansion ratio and the laws of the extrusion process parameters changes,sorghum extruded technology conditions:25.5%of the moisture content of materials,particle size for 60 mesh,speed for 300 r/min,puffing temperature for 164℃and expansion ratio for 3.22.
