| 摘 要： | 体细胞数是评价牛奶品质的重要指标,同时也是奶牛乳房炎诊断的一个重要指标。在乳业发达国家的牧场,奶站和乳品加工企业都将体细胞检测作为一项日常工作,并且对体细胞检测技术也做了大量的研究工作。主要综述了国内外的体细胞快速检测技术和研究进展。

| Abstract: | Somatic cell count(SCC) in milk is a very important index of raw milk quality,and it has been accepted as the world standard for mastitis diagnosis.In many country of developed dairy industry,SCC measuring has been a daily work, and extensive research work has been done to improve the technology of SCC determination.The research development of rapid determination method of milk somatic cell count is introduced in this review. |
