摘    要:本研究以贵州省特有的无籽刺梨为试材,研究了两种套袋对果实品质的影响。结果表明,套袋处理下果皮颜色鲜艳,虫果、病果率大大降低,果实的横径、纵径均有所增加,果实外观品质有所提升。其中,双层袋对果实水分、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质含量均有显著提升,糖酸比和固酸比有显著提升。综合比较,双层袋的效果优于单层袋,采用双层袋可有效降低虫果、病果现象,还可以提高果实的内在品质。

Effect of Bagging on Fruit Quality of Rosa sterilis in Guizhou Province
Abstract:In this study, the effects of two kinds of bagging on fruit quality were studied. The results showed that the peel color was bright, insect fruit rate and disease rate greatly reduced, the diameter, vertical diameter of fruit increased, the fruit appearance quality were improved. Among them, the water contents, soluble solids and soluble protein were significantly improved, and the sugar-acid ratio and solid-acid ratio increased significantly. Comprehensive comparison, double bag is better than single-layer bag, it could effectively reduce the insect fruit, fruit phenomenon, and could improve the intrinsic quality of the fruit.
