香蕉棒孢霉叶斑病菌防治药剂室内毒力测定

摘    要:由多主棒孢菌(Corynespora cassiicola )引起的香蕉棒孢霉叶斑病是香蕉产区的主要叶斑病之一。为了筛选到对该病菌具有抑制作用的杀菌剂,该文采用菌丝生长速率法,用7种杀菌剂对香蕉多主棒孢菌进行了室内毒力测定,结果表明:效果较好的是丙环唑,EC50值为4.2470 ug/mL,其次为多抗霉素和苯甲﹒丙环唑,EC50值分别为4.7223和5.9986 ug/mL。根据毒力测定结果认为,这3种杀菌剂对香蕉棒孢霉叶斑病菌具有显著抑制作用,可在生产中试验应用。

Abstract:The banana leaf spot disease caused by (Corynespora cassiicola ) is one of the most banana leaf disease. To screen the effective fungicides for the control of the disease, Toxicity test of 7 fungicides to C.cassiicola was cariied out in the laboratory by using mycelium growth rate method , and the results showed that the best fungicides were propiconazole, the EC50 values was 4.2470 ug/mL, nest were multi antimycin and benzoic.Propiconazole, the EC50 values were 4.7223 and 5.9986 ug/mL, respectively. According to the results of toxicity measurement, the 3 fungicides have effective inhibiting to C.cassiicola.
