| 摘 要： | 通过病原形态学和分子生物学鉴定，在国内首次确认了湖南省松材线虫病疫情，并通过疫情普查准确掌握了病害在郴州市的苏仙区、北湖区，益阳市的资阳区、沅江市，常德市的汉寿县等3个市、5个县（市、区）的发生范围和危害程度。 |

| Abstract: | The pine wilt disease caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was first affirmed in Hunan Province, China by both the morphological identification and molecular biological analysis. The field survey revealed the occurrence range and damage degree of the disease in 5 counties of 3 municipalities, including Suxian, Beihu, Ziyang, Yuanjiang and Hanshou. |
