小麦叶锈菌异核现象的研究

摘    要: 本研究是针对生产上小麦品种的抗锈性变异问题,探索叶锈菌的变异机制。用细胞学方法对夏孢子芽管中的细胞核进行染色,发现叶锈菌的异核现象是很普遍的,并且出现的频率很高。生物学研究的结果表明,锈菌通过异核现象可以产生新小种,并且产生的频率也较高。说明异核现象是叶锈菌变异的重要机制之一.小麦品种抗锈性“丧失”可能与锈菌的这种变异有关。

Abstract:Heterokaryosis in Puccinia recondita f.sp.tritici has been demonstrated by means of staining the nuclei in the germ tube to be one of the important mechanisms in variation of the pathogens.Cytological study showed that heterokaryosis occurred in considerable extent and biological study showed that new races produced through heterokaryosis in leaf rust.The authors believe that heterokaryosis may be associated with the variation of resistance in wheat cultivars.
