| 摘 要： | 采用单因子试验设计,探讨了利用餐饮废油为原料合成生物柴油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明：最佳工艺条件为醇油质量比24%、反应温度55℃、反应时间60 min、催化剂用量1.2%（占原料油）。在此条件下制备得到的生物柴油,产品质量达到国内外同类产品标准。

| Abstract: | The optimum conditions of biodiesel synthesis from waste cooking oil were explored by using single fator design.The results showed that the biodiesel was prepared at 55 ℃ for 60 min,the mass ratio of alcohol to oil was 24%,and the catalyst amount was 1.2%.The quality of prepared biodiesel met the requirements of similar product at home and abroad. |
