| 摘 要： | 随着经济一体化进程的推进,地理标志的价值越来越凸显,已经成为突破贸易壁垒、提高国家产品竞争力的有力武器。从地理标志基本概念入手,深刻分析我国地理标志保护中存在的关键问题,结合国内外实践经验,提出加强和完善地理标志保护的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the advance of economic integration,the value of geographical indication has become more and more important,which has become a powerful weapon for breaking trade barriers and improving the competitiveness of national products.The key problems existing in geographical indication protection in China are analyzed profoundly from the basic concept of geographical indication.In addition,the suggestions of strengthening and improving the geographical indication protection are put forward combining with the practical experiences at home and abroad. |
