摘    要:玉米须为我国传统中药材,含有多种生物活性成分,其中所含的多糖具有调节免疫、降血压、溶血栓、抑制肿瘤等功效。玉米在我国种植范围广,因此玉米须资源十分丰富,倘若能充分开发利用,则能变废为宝。对玉米须多糖的提取方法和分离纯化研究进展进行了综述,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Corn silk is a traditional Chinese medicinal material.It has many bioactivity components,in which the polysaccharide has the efficacy of regulating immune,lowering blood pressure,dissolving thrombus and inhibiting tumor.Corn is widely planted in China,so there is plenty of corn silk.It has a considerable prospect of developing.The research progress of extraction and purification of polysaccharide in corn silk is reviewed.The research directions in the future are prospected.
