基于因子分析的城市化水平与就业指标的相关性研究 ———以湖北省为例简

根据1990～2010年湖北省人口、经济、就业的相关指标统计数据，利用SPSS软件对城市化的多个指标进行因子分析，得到城市化水平综合指数；利用Excel对就业相关的多个指标计算提炼出6个有用指标；利用SPSS对城市化水平与就业指标进行相关性分析，并用Grapher绘制关系图，得到城市化进程对劳动力产业构成和城乡构成的影响。结果表明：城市化水平越高，总的就业率和失业率都相应增高；1990～2010年湖北省城镇就业人数增多，第一产业从业人数减少，第三产业从业人数增多，第二产业从业人口波动不显著。

Correlation between Urbanization Level and Employment Indicators Based on Factor Analysis

According to relevant statistic data of population, economic and employment in Hubei Province during 1990-2010, tactor analysis was conducted on several indicators of urbanization by using SPSS software, the comprehensive index of urbanization level was obtained. Using excel to pick up six useful indictors from multiple indicators related to employment. Correlation analysis was conducted on urbanization level and em- ployment indicators by using SPSS, and using the Grapher to draw the diagram which shows the influence on workforce composition and urban-ru- ral structure caused by the urbanization process. The results showed that the higher level of urbanization leads to a higher total rate of employment and unemployment, which means a increasing number of employment of urban area. It also cause a decline in the quantity of employment in pri- mary industry, a incline of quantity in tertiary industry and little change in secondary industry.
