滇杨叶片不同失水状态下挥发物成分分析

摘    要:[目的]研究滇杨叶片在3种水分状态下挥发物成分及含量的变化,为明确杨树挥发物调控蛾类行为的作用机理提供依据。『方法]利用固相微萃取与气相色谱/质谱联用技术提取并鉴定了滇杨新鲜、萎蔫和干枯3种状态下的叶片挥发物成分。[结果]从滇杨叶片挥发物中共鉴定出29种化合物,其中新鲜叶片23种成分,萎蔫叶片28种成分,干枯叶片仅鉴定出6种成分。从新鲜叶片和萎蔫叶片提取到的挥发物中,醛类物质所占比例较大,分别为60.24%和42.47%,其次是醇类物质;烯烃类物质释放量较少,但成分种类最多。[结论]在滇杨挥发物成分中,己醛、反-2-己烯醛、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、2-羟基苯甲醛、反-罗勒烯、芳樟醇氧化物、丁香酚、反-β-石竹烯、反,反-α-法尼烯等化合物可能是萎蔫杨树枝叶调控蛾类行为的关键性物质。

Volatile Compounds from Populus yunnanensis Leaves in Different Dehydrated States

Abstract:[ Objective ] The volatile components of Populus yunnanensis leaves in the dehydration process were studied in order to provide the basis for exploring the manipulation of moths' behaviors by poplar volatiles. [ Method] The volatiles from fresh, wilted, and dried leaves of Populus yunnanensis were analyzed by SPME-GC/MS. [ Result] Thirty-one compounds were identified from the poplar leaves, 23 compounds from fresh leaves, 28 compounds from wilted leaves, and 6 compounds from dried leaves. The content of aldehydes was the most in the vola- tiles both from fresh and wilted leaves (60.24% and 42.47%, respectively), and that of alcohols was in the next place. And the content of alkenes was little, but their components were the most. [ Conclusion] Volatile compounds from Populus yunnanensis, viz. hexanal, trans-2- hexenal, cis-3-hexen-l-ol, 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, trans-ocimene, linalool oxide, eugenol, trans-β-caryophyllene, and' trans, trans-α-far- nesene could be involved to manipulate moths' behaviors.
