浙江省农业全要素生产率的实证分析———基于 DEA-Malmquist 指数

摘    要:利用DEA—Malmquist生产率指数对浙江省11个地级市1995~2011年农业全要素生产率进行分析,结果表明:1995—2011年浙江省农业TFP实现了快速的增长,年均增长率为5.5%;浙江省农业TFP的快速增长主要是由于农业技术进步推动的,年均增长率为4.8%;各市农业TFP增长差异明显,其中丽水市农业TFP增长最快,杭州市农业TFP增长最慢;浙东北的农业TFP增速低于浙西南,其中浙西南农业技术进步快于浙东北,而浙东北的农业技术效率高于浙西南。

Abstract:The total factor productivity (TFP) for the agriculture of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province from 1995 to 2011 was analyzed by using a DEA-Malmquist index method. The results showed that Zhejiang made rapid gains with an average annual grov/th rate of 5.5% from 1995 to 2011 ; The rapid growth of Zhejiang agricultural TFP was mainly due to the progress of agricultural technology promotion which had an average annual growth rate of 4.8% ; The agricultural TFP was obviously different, which the agriculture TFP in Lishui had a largest growth and Hang- zhou was the slowest; The agricultural TFP in the northeast of Zhejiang grew slowly. On the contrary, the growth of southwest was fast. Agri- cultural technology progress in southwest was faster than northeast. In contrast, agricultural technical efficiency in northeast was higher than southwest.
