摘 要: | 目的]优化淡紫拟青霉产几丁质酶的发酵条件。方法]通过单图素试验和正交试验研究了淡紫拟青霉菌产几丁质酶的最适发酵条件。结果]淡紫拟青霉菌在装液量80ml/250ml、接种量12%、初始pH6.0,培养潺度28℃及180r/min的条件下培养4d,发酵液中的几丁质酶活性达到最高,为O.115U/ml.结论]为几丁质酶的进一步研究开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to optimize fermentation conditions of chitinase production from Paecilomyces lilacinus. Method ] The fermentation conditions Of ehifinase production from P. lilacinus were optimized through single-factor design and orthogonal experiment. Re- sult] The best fermentation conditions for chitinase production were as followed: 80 ml liquid yolume in 250 ml triangle flask bulk, 12% inoc- ulating volume, medium initializing pH6.01 28 ℃, 180 r/min and fermentation time for four days. The highest enzyme activity was 0. 115 U/ml. Conclusion] The: research results provide theoretical basis for the further study and development of chitinase. |
