摘    要:目的]对NY/T761-2008{蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》中的第一部分和第二部分前处理方法进行优化。方法]采用气相色谱法(包括FPD检测器和ECD检测器2种方法)对蔬菜试样中有机磷、有机氯类、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量进行检测,外标法定量。结果]蔬菜样品中41种农药的加标回收率为86.29%~102.96%,变异系数为2.11%~8.02%,符合农药残留分析要求。结论]该方法比原方法更加高效、简便,溶剂使用量更少,更符合现代检测环保无害的要求。

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to optimize the 1 at and 2nd pretreatment methods of NY/T 761-2008 "Multi-pesticide Residues Determina- tion of Organophosphorus , Organochlorine , Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetable and Fruit". Method ] The residues of organo- phosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in vegetables were detected by using external standard method and GC which contained FPD detector and ECD detector. Result] The recovery of standard addition of 41 kinds of pesticides in. vegetable samples was 86.29% - 102.96%, and the coefficient of variation was 2.11% - 8.02%, and both them were in accordance with demand of pesticide residue analy- sis. Conclusion] The method is more efficient and simple than old method, and uses less solvent, so it is more accordance with demand of modern environmental and harmless detection.
