食品加工企业进货质量管理研究

摘    要:为了提高食品加工企业的进货质量管理水平,通过对引起食品加工企业进货质量问题的原因进行分析,将引起企业质量问题的原因归结为4个方面:原材料中的天然毒素;种植、养殖过程中的质量问题;运输过程中的质量问题;进货验收过程中的质量问题。然后针对引起食品加工企业进货质量问题的4个方面的原因提出改善食品加工企业进货质量管理的8条对策,并通过图表说明了各条对策所解决的问题,对于食品加工企业根据自身经营状况,制定相应的改进措施,改善进货质量管理具有重要的理论指导意义。

Quality Management Research on the Purchasing of Food Processing Enterprises

Abstract:In order to improve the quality management level of food processing enterprises, the causes of quality management problems were analyzed, those causes were classified into four categories : natural toxins in raw materials, quality problems during the process of planting and breeding, quality problems during transportation, quality problems during acceptance. Then, eight measures to improve its quality manage- ment of purchasing were put forward on the basis of its four kinds of causes, the relationships among them were elaborated by picture. The study has a practical effect on food processing enterprises, "which can formulate improvement measures according to its operation situation to improve its quality management of purchasing.
