食品加工企业进货质量管理研究简

为了提高食品加工企业的进货质量管理水平，通过对引起食品加工企业进货质量问题的原因进行分析，将引起企业质量问题的原因归结为4个方面：原材料中的天然毒素；种植、养殖过程中的质量问题；运输过程中的质量问题；进货验收过程中的质量问题。然后针对引起食品加工企业进货质量问题的4个方面的原因提出改善食品加工企业进货质量管理的8条对策，并通过图表说明了各条对策所解决的问题，对于食品加工企业根据自身经营状况，制定相应的改进措施，改善进货质量管理具有重要的理论指导意义。

Quality Management Research on the Purchasing of Food Processing Enterprises

In order to improve the quality management level of food processing enterprises, the causes of quality management problems were analyzed, those causes were classified into four categories ： natural toxins in raw materials, quality problems during the process of planting and breeding, quality problems during transportation, quality problems during acceptance. Then, eight measures to improve its quality manage- ment of purchasing were put forward on the basis of its four kinds of causes, the relationships among them were elaborated by picture. The study has a practical effect on food processing enterprises, ＂which can formulate improvement measures according to its operation situation to improve its quality management of purchasing.
