北缬草不同采集部位中生理活性成分含量的比较

摘    要:[目的]比较北缬草不同采集部位中生理活性成分的含量.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为μBondapakTM C18(3.9 mm×300 mm);先由流动相A[水-乙腈-磷酸(80∶20∶0.05,V/V/V)]洗脱40 min后,换成流动相B[水-乙腈-磷酸(20∶80∶0.05,V/V/V)]洗脱,体积流量为1.0 ml/min;缬草素类检测波长为256 nm,缬草烯酸类检测波长为220 nm,进样量为20 μl,分析不同采集时期北缬草不同采集部位中生理活性成分的含量.[结果]北缬草不同采收部位间以根及根茎中生理活性成分含量为最高,叶部次之,地上茎部最少.9月为北缬草的最佳采集时期.[结论]不同时间采收的北缬草不同部位中生理活性成分含量差异明显.

Abstract:[ Objective] To compare physiological active component content from different parts of Valeriana fauriei Briq.. [ Method ] Using HPLC, chromatographic columnp, BondapakTM Cjs (3.9 mm x 300 mm), first eluted by mobile phase A [ water-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid (80:20:0.05, V/V/V) ] for 40 min, them eluted by mobile phase B[ water-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(20:80:0.05, V/V/V) ], volume 1.0 ml/min; valepotriates detection wavelength 256 nm, valerenic acids detection wavelength 220 nm, sample size 20 μl, physiological active component content from different parts of E fauriei in different collective periods. [ Result] The physiological active component content in roots and rhizome is the highest, followed by leaf and aboveground stem. Sep. is the best collective period of E fauriei. [ Conclusion ] The physiological active component contents from different parts of Efauriei collected at various time have significant difference.
