摘    要:[目的]研究不同栽培因子对江苏白芷产量和5种香豆素成分含量的影响,为江苏白芷的规范化栽培提供指导.[方法]进行白芷不同播种期试验,直播和移栽试验,栽培密度试验,水分、光照和肥料试验,并测定白芷的产量,应用HPLC法对香豆素成分含量进行测定.[结果]秋播白芷的产量和香豆素成分含量要明显高于春播和夏播.随着收获时间的推迟,白芷的产量有明显增加,但香豆素成分含量却出现下降的趋势.移栽的白芷的产量和香豆素成分含量均比直播的要低.常规栽培密度的白芷产量要明显高于密植,香豆素含量略低于密植.淹渍胁迫下白芷产量明显下降,但香豆素成分含量却比正常的要高.遮光条件下,白芷的香豆素成分含量变化不大,而生物量有所增加.随着施肥量的增加,白芷产量呈明显上升趋势,但香豆素成分的含量呈现下降的趋势.[结论]白芷以秋播、直播、株行距20 cm×35 cm,1年生最具栽培价值,控制土壤水分和光照,适时追肥以提高白芷产量和香豆素成分含量.

Influences of Planting Factors on Biomass and Coumarins Content in Angelicae dahurica cv.Hangbaizhi from Jiangsu Province

Abstract:[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the influences of various planting factors on the biomass and the five coumarins content of Angelica dahurica cv. Hangbaizhi from Jiangsu Province. [ Method ] The sowing dates, transplanting and direct seeding experiment, the plant- ing density experiment and the irrigation, light and fertilizing experiment were made to measure the biomass and the coumarius content by HPLC. [ Result] The resuhs showed that the biomass and summer. The bio-mass was obviously increased.with growing ages, but the couma- rins content had a tendency of decreasing. The biomass and coumarins content by transplanting seeding treatment were lower than the direct. The biomass by the normal planting density was obviously higher than thick planting treatment, meanwhile, the coumarins contents was slightly lower than the planting density treatment. By water logging stress, A. dahurica cv. Hangbaizhi had lower bio-mass and higher coumarins con- tent. The coumarins content had little difference and the bio-mass had little more than CK under shading treatment. Fertilizing was favorable to the upgrowth of A. dahurica cv. Hangbaizhi, but ran little effect on the coumarins content. [ Conclusion] It was concluded that 1-year-old An- gelica dahurica cv. Hangbaizhi, which is sowed in autumn, direct seeding, 20 - 35cm plant and row spacing, has the excellent cultivating val- ue. Controlling soil moisture and light and reasonable fertilizing have effect on the bio-mass and coumarins content in Angelica dahurica cv. Hangbaizhi.
