| 摘 要： | 煤矿资源的开发一方面给人们带来巨大的经济效益，另一方面也给矿区土地造成了严重的破坏。该研究以安徽省淮南煤矿为例，根据该煤矿区的土地塌陷及复垦情况，从立法、资金、组织管理体制和技术4个方面分析煤矿区土地复垦存在的问题，并提出了相应的土地复垦对策。

| Abstract: | The exploitment of coal resources brings people enormous profits on one hand, and also brings critical damage to the field of mining area on the other hand. Taking Huainan coal mine of Anhui Province as example, according to the stratigraphic subsidence and situation of land reclamation of this mining area, the existing problems were elaborated from aspects of legislation, fund, organization management system and technology, corresponding countermeasures for land reclamation were put forward. |
