退耕还林工程对涞水县农村经济的影响

目的]针对学术界就退耕还林工程对农村经济影响的不同看法,根据河北省涞水县1997—2010年统计年鉴数据和实地调研,分析退耕工程对农村经济的影响。方法]用灰色关联模型对农村经济进行关联分析。结果]在退耕还林工程影响下,涞水县土地利用结构发生转变,产业结构、农业结构得以改善,农民收入增加;第三产业、大农业中的林业与农村经济的关联度较高,其分值分别为0.75和0.66,但种植业、牧渔业等第一产业对农户增收影响较少。结论]今后需进一步升级农村产业结构和农业内部结构,优化农村劳动力从业结构,推进贫困地区农村经济的可持续发展。

Influence of Grain for Green Project on Rural Economy in Laishui County

Objective] Aimed at the controversial views on the influence of grain for green project on the rural economy, according to statistical yearbooks and field research data from 1997 to 2010, the author analyzed the influence of grain for green project on the rural economy of Laishui County, Hebei Province.Methods] Utilizing the grey relational analysis method.Results] The land use structure had changed and the industrial, and the agricultural structure were improved and the farmer's annual income was increased due to the implementation of grain for green project. The correlation degree of the third industry, forestry and rural economy was higher, and the score were 0.75 and 0.66 individually, but farming, fishing, animal husbandry included in the first industry had less impact on the increase of farmers' income.Conclusion] Rural industrial structure and the internal structure of agriculture still need upgrading and the structure of rural labor force should be optimized so as to promote the sustainable development in the impoverished region.
