| Abstract: | By analyzing the current situation of the Hengyang city’s protection of water and soil and the ecological environment, solving the problem of the wasting and pollution of water and soil, putting forward a countermeasure of the problem of the"four resources"that have been wasted, doing well in the protection of water and soil and ecological environment, strengthening the enforcement of the law of protection of water, soil and the ecological environment, making out the countermeasure of the Hengyang city’s protection of water, soil and the ecological envirnoment. |
