| 摘 要： | 目的研究一种新方法(薄层扫描法)直接测定人参总皂苷酸水解物中的人参二醇含量。方法通过线性关系考察、稳定性试验、精密度试验、重现性试验、回收率试验等进行方法学考察来评价薄层扫描法测定人参二醇的可行性。结果线性关系考察等试验结果均符合相应规定,表明薄层扫描法测定人参二醇可行。结论薄层扫描法可以不经纯化,直接测定人参总皂苷水解物中人参二醇的含量,且简单方便、重现性好、精密度高。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveThe study a new method to determine pananxdiol of ginsenosides acid hydrolysate directly.MethodEstimate thin-layer chromatogram scan method in determination of panaxdiol by linear relation test,stability test,precision test,repeatability test,recovery test and so on.ResultsAll estimated test accord with relevant standard,which indicate thin-layer chromatogram scan method can use to determine panaxdiol content.ConclusionThin-layer chromatogram scan method can directly determine panaxadiol content of ginsenosides acid hydrolysate whithout purifying.The method is simple and has good repeatability and high precision. |
