知识经济时代下高职教育创新

知识经济时代需要大量的创新型人才。高职教育必须提高思想认识,构建合格的“双师型”教师队伍,改革教学方法手段和内容,实行开放式办学,转变教育体制,实现教育观念、师资队伍建设、教育体制、教学方法手段和内客以及办学方式的创新,以迎接知识经济的挑战,培养合格的创新型高职人才,保持高职教育自身的活力得以生存与发展。
