摘    要:以新疆野苹果带腋芽的幼嫩茎段为外植体进行组织培养研究,采用在木本植物组织培养上经常采用的消毒方法,并进行外植体消毒方法的比较研究,结果表明:新疆野苹果带腋芽的幼嫩茎段组织经70%乙醇15 s、1‰氯化汞10 min、70%乙醇10 s消毒后效果最好;初代诱导培养最佳培养基为改良MS+0.5 ms/L6-BA+0.1 m...

Abstract:The stem segments of Malus sieversii were used as explants to study the tissue culture. By sterilizing the explants with the common disinfection method on woody plants and comparing the effects with different methods, the results indicate that the best disinfection method was rinsing the explants with 70% alcohol for 15 s, then immersing them in 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 min, and finally immersing them in 70% alcohol for 10 s. The best induction medium was modified MS +0.5 mg/L 6 - BA +0.1 mg/L NAA, the optical buds multiplication medium was modified MS + 0.5 mg/L 6 - BA, and the best rooting medium was modified MS + 1 mg/L NAA.
