Study on Method Comparation Between Carrot Root and Buds for Getting Asexual Plants

The aseptic seedlings were gained from the root and caespitose shoots of carrot which might have useful variation. There were some differences in getting the asexual materials. In the way which gained the aseptic seedlings from the root of carrot, MS ＋ 6 - BA 0.1 mg/L ＋ 2, 4 - D 0.1 mg/L was more effective medium than any other treatment for the induction of the callus, and MS ＋ 6 - BA 0. 5 mg/L was more effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of adventitious buds, the better rooting medium was MS ＋ NAA 1 mg/L. In the way which gained the aseptic seedlings from the caespitose shoots of carrot, the better multiplication medium for adventitious buds was MS ＋ 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L, the better rooting medium was also MS ＋ NAA 1 mg/L.
