福建省农科院服务海西现代农业发展的探索与思考

建设海峡西岸经济区是党中央、国务院的重大决策部署,全面推进现代农业发展是海峡西岸经济区建设过程中必不可少的重要内容。该文探讨了福建省农科院服务海西现代农业的现实意义,结合我院科技、人才、信息等方面的优势,提出培养新型农民、围绕实际问题开展农业科技攻关、加强农业科技自主创新、提高科研成果转化效率、加强科技交流与合作等建议,以期加快推进海峡西岸现代农业建设的步伐。

Countermeasures of Fujian Academy of Agricultural SciencesServing the West-Strait Agricultural Modernization

Building the west coast of Taiwan straits economic zone is a strategic policy of the Party Central Committee.Promoting modern agriculture development plays an important and essential part in the process of building the West-strait economic zone.With a recognition of the realistic significance of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences on serving the West-strait economic zone＇ s agricultural modernization,and utilization of the academy＇ s advantages of technology,talent and information,we proposed several countermeasures which may contribute to the modern agriculture development in West-strait in this paper,including cultivating new farmers,agricultural sci-tech research on the practical issues,strengthening the innovation ability of agricultural sci-tech,improving agricultural scientific achievements transformation and strengthening sci-tech exchanges and cooperation.
