近等基因背景下对玉米胚乳突变基因ae的遗传效应研究

Study on Genetic Effect of Endosperm Mutation Gene ae in Near-isogenic Background in Chinese Maize Germplasm

Sixteen hybrids by mated eight inbred lines in common use and sixteen hybrids by mated their near iso genetic background aeae inbred lines run a district test. Estimate their agriculture characters such as kilo grain weightiness, small section yield amylose content and so on. It is concluded that kilo grain weightiness and small section yield reduces but amylose content remarkably increases with pure aeae hybrid compare to iso genetic background indent hybrid, genetic background influences ae gene expression and there are different amount of modified genes in different hybrids and inbred lines.
