| 摘 要： | 为检测2006年在江西、湖北和湖南爆发的无名高热病是否由PRRSV引起,根据GenBank中登录的PRRSV(登录号:AF046869)ORF5序列设计引物,用RT-PCR方法对江西、湖北、湖南采集来的9份病料(包括肝脏、脾脏、血液)进行检测,并分析其与PRRSV ORF5序列的同源性.结果表明:所有病料中均检测出PRRSV,且3省的PRRSV的ORF5序列同源性高达95%以上,但与已发表的PRRSV ORF5的同源性只有88%左右,说明PRRSV和猪的无名高热病紧密相关,且产生了较高的变异.
