菜豆细胞膜系统上Mg2+-ATP酶热稳定性的细胞化学研究

摘    要:本实验选用耐性菜豆85CT-49762为实验材料,运用膜 Mg~(2+)-ATP 酶电镜细胞化学方法,研究了细胞热锻炼前后膜系统热损伤的特点。结果表明:①细胞质的热凝固可能是膜热破坏的原因之一;②液泡膜比质膜对热更加敏感;③细胞膜系统上 ATP 酶失活不是导致膜热破损的主要原因。

Abstract:In this experiment,the Phaseolus vulgaris.L 85CT-49762 which was characterized by high thermotolerance was used as material.By means of electromicroscope cytochemistry,the phenomenon of heat destruction of membrane system before or after the cell heat acclimation was alsse studied.The re- sults showed that aggregation of the cytoplasm might be one of causes which induced the membrane rup- ture and that tonolpast membrane was more sensitive to heat than plasma membrane and that the loss of Mg~(2+)-ATP enzyme...
